Role Summary
This role ensures timely and effective communication between sponsored children and their sponsors, supports child development programming, and coordinates data and reporting related to sponsorship relations.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Education, Social Work, Social Sciences, Records Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Formal training in counseling, child development, project planning, or basic accounting procedures is an advantage.
- Minimum of 12 months relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be a mature born-again Christian with a strong testimony.
